How to Setup ScrollBlock

Follow these 3 simple steps to activate the extension and start blocking distractions.

1. Pin the Extension

Chrome hides new extensions by default. Click the Puzzle Piece 🧩 icon in your browser toolbar, then click the Pin 📌 icon next to ScrollBlock.

(This keeps the icon visible so you can access settings quickly)

2. Get Your API Key

We use a secure key to sync your settings. Create a free account to generate your unique key.

3. Activate & Customize

Click the ScrollBlock logo in your toolbar. Paste your key to unlock features. You can then toggle between Hard Block (Strict) or Nudge (Gentle) for each site.
