How to Setup ScrollBlock

Follow this complete guide to install the extension, link your account, and start reclaiming your focus.

1. Install the Extension

If you haven't already, add ScrollBlock to your browser from the official web stores:

2. Pin the Extension

Browsers hide new extensions by default. Click the Puzzle Piece 🧩 icon in your browser toolbar, then click the Pin 📌 icon next to ScrollBlock so you can access it easily.

3. Open the Extension

Once pinned, click on the ScrollBlock icon in your toolbar. A popup will appear. Click on the "Get Key (Free)" button.

4. Create Account & Verify

You will be redirected to the sign-up page. Create your free account. After signing up, check your inbox for a confirmation email and click "Confirm Email".

5. Connect & Activate

After confirming your email, you will be redirected to your dashboard. Copy your unique Extension Connection Key. Open the extension popup again, paste the key into the input field, and click Save.

All checkboxes will now be enabled. Check the boxes next to the sites you want to block!

Having Issues?

If you experience any visual bugs or issues on a specific website, simply open the extension and uncheck the box in front of that specific site to disable ScrollBlock there.
