  • Usage Data (Time Tracking): We track the amount of time you spend on specific social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) while the extension is active and the key is added. This data is used solely to display your "Time Spent" on "Nudge" notifications.
  • Device Identifier: We generate a random, anonymous Device ID to sync your preferences and usage statistics across your browsers when using the key.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Analytics: To show total time spent on social media today in the popup.
  • Sync: To ensure your settings and stats are consistent across multiple devices (requires a Premium Key).

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

Your preferences and daily usage stats are stored locally on your device using the browser's storage API.

Cloud Sync

If you use a Premium Key, your daily time-spent statistics are securely encrypted and sent to our servers via HTTPS. We use industry-standard security measures to protect this data.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

We do not share your browsing history or usage data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Disable data collection by removing the key.
  • Reset your local data by clearing the extension's storage.
  • Request deletion of your synced cloud data by contacting support.
